Aunque vivió y trabajó alrededor del mundo, su hogar y base siempre ha sido un pueblito de 80 habitantes en el norte de España, donde pasaba su tiempo off-work antes de llegar a México en 2019. En 2018, Moncaya escribió e ilustró “A la Sombra del Olivo”, un libro sobre una niña que busca la paz en una Siria devastada por la guerra. Su libro ha sido publicado en Londres y se está distribuyendo en Europa, Siria y Palestina. Desde pequeña, Moncaya toca el piano, violín y guitarra, ha tocado en orquestas en Madrid, Londres y Pekín. Fun fact: ¡a los 10 años la contrataron como cantante de ópera infantil en el Teatro Real de Madrid, donde actuó durante tres temporadas! Compone canciones desde hace más de una década, y en plena cuarentena en junio de 2020 lanzó su proyecto musical, donde mezcla música indígena y pop folk con ritmos y loops para crear algo
